Federico Migliori, born in 1994, entered the world of pastry at the age of 17 and expanded his journey into fine dining in 2017. After gaining experience in gourmet restaurants, Michelin-starred establishments, and five-star hotels across Italy, he and his partner opened their first restaurant, the ultimate space for his culinary vision. In his dishes, he does not seek special effects, but rather a perceptual shift: he leads guests onto familiar ground and, through a carefully calibrated detail, alters its balance, transforming memory and territory into a contemporary experience.

Nello is a revived local address in San Casciano in Val di Pesa, re-opened in 2022 by chef JRE Federico Migliori and pastry chef Chiara Zanetti. The dining room keeps the feel of a historic Tuscan restaurant, updated with a modern, intimate look and a service style that stays personal because the owners are on the floor every day. The cooking reads Tuscany through their own lens: rooted in familiar dishes, sharpened by technique, and supported by a cellar from the 1500s. Nello is listed in the Michelin Guide.
