Her background in physiotherapy shaped her understanding of people; her time at Restaurant L’Atelier taught her the art of service. At Holsterhof, she combines both; warmth with attentiveness, calm with structure. Guests immediately feel her natural sense of welcome, creating an atmosphere that feels effortless yet considered.
I grew up here, running around this farm as a kid. Now I welcome people at the same spot.
