Head chef Tim Extra and his team give traditional dishes a modern twist with great attention to detail—down-to-earth yet refined. Many ingredients come straight from the restaurant’s own vegetable and herb garden or from long-standing regional partners. Whether fine meat, freshly caught fish, or aromatic vegetables, the products stand for quality, freshness, and sustainability. Dishes are served in a stylish setting with views of the greenery—warm, attentive, and authentically North German.
Bad Zwischenahn surroundings
Eiden Restaurant is located in Bad Zwischenahn, a town in the low-lying Ammerland district, in Lower Saxony, Germany. The Ammerland area is known for its unique park landscape. It is popular to take bicycle tours in the area any time of year, but especially during rhododendron season. The Zwischenahner lake also creates many opportunities for watersport activities, including surfing, sailing, and swimming. The hotel offers guided tours to the surrounding area several times a week. If you want to explore the area by yourself, bicycles, e-bikes, and Segways can be borrowed from the hotel to easily go on an adventure.
