Beyond fine dining, guests can book a relaxed meal at bistrôt Le Ciel and switch gears at the Shiseido Institute. Throughout the hotel, art objects, gemstones, minerals and fossils add another layer to the experience, created in collaboration with Granada Gallery and Jochen Leën.
