At La Tasquería, offal takes centre stage—from lamb tongue to duck hearts, cockscombs to pig’s head—cooked with precision and creativity. The à la carte menu and three different tasting menus are designed for sharing, offering both surprises and familiar comforts. There’s always something off-menu too: dishes like confit suckling pig head or cheek taco with carabinero. Each preparation speaks to the team’s deep respect for product and process. For the less daring, there are options beyond offal, but the real excitement is in discovering just how refined casquería can be.

La Tasquería is also a place for celebration, creativity and connection. The private dining room is ideal for special occasions or business lunches, seating up to 20 guests with full customisation. The team also offers bespoke catering for events outside the restaurant, showcasing their inventiveness across a wide range of dishes.
