His exquisite gourmet cuisine is characterized by the combination of regional recipes, innovative techniques, and Pinzgau nuances. Together with his acclaimed Riederalm kitchen team, restaurant chef Andreas showcases the best that local nature has to offer, including herbs from his own garden and dairy products from Leogang farmers.

Located directly at the Asitzbahn valley station, the Riederalm is the perfect starting point for unforgettable experiences. In winter, the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn, one of Austria’s largest ski areas, is right on the doorstep. In summer, the Asitzbahn cable car takes you to a hiking and biking paradise within minutes, including the Epic Bikepark Leogang, host of the World Championships. The Saalfelden Leogang region is ready to be explored year-round, whether through outdoor adventures or its strong culinary traditions.
