COCKTAIL - ITALIANO
Created by award-winning bartenders Alex Kratena and Monica Berg of Tayer + Elementary (London, UK), the Italiano combines Grappa Nonino Monovitigno® Moscato, Neroli Cordial, and ginger ale in a light and aromatic highball.
Originally presented by Nonino for the JRE-International Congress 2026 in Cologne.
Preparation
Place a large ice cube in a highball glass. Add Grappa Nonino Monovitigno® Moscato and Neroli Cordial. Stir gently and top with Fever-Tree Ginger Ale.
