COCKTAIL - NONINO SOUR
Created by Emanuele Termini (Corte del Castello, Pordenone, Italy), this classic sour combines the character of Grappa Nonino with fresh citrus notes for a balanced and approachable cocktail.
Originally presented by Nonino for the JRE-International Congress 2026 in Cologne.
Preparation
Fill a shaker with ice. Add Grappa Nonino, lemon juice, sugar syrup, and egg white. Shake well and strain into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with a slice of lemon, lime, or seasonal fruit.
