Created by bartender and entrepreneur Joerg Meyer, the Nonino Basil Smash pairs Grappa Nonino with fresh basil and lemon, resulting in a vibrant cocktail with bright herbal notes.
Originally presented by Nonino for the JRE-International Congress 2026 in Cologne.
Preparation
Muddle a handful of fresh basil leaves in a shaker. Add the remaining ingredients and ice. Shake vigorously and fine strain into a tumbler filled with ice. Garnish with a fresh basil leaf.
