Created by mixologist Sam Ross (New York, USA), the Paper Plane is a modern classic that brings together Amaro Nonino Quintessentia®, Aperol, Bourbon, and fresh lemon juice in equal parts.

Originally presented by Nonino for the JRE-International Congress 2026 in Cologne.

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
