

Corine Vink has been co-owner at Amused Food & Wine in Hardenberg since 2020. She followed her specialisation, WSET2, WSET3 and training for gastronome/sommelier with Peter Klosse after which she completed the Wine Academy in Maarn. She does not stick too much to rules, every dish is different, every wine is different and so is every wine-food combination, that is Corine's philosophy. Corine sources wines from classic and unknown areas, offering a distinct and unique wine list to guests of Amused.
Besides the classics, I always try to source wines from unusual or unknown areas.
