Twenu
We are young cooks who know what is happening. You are open-minded young foodies under 30, who are seeking variation on the dinner table too. For you we created the " TWENU ", so that you can have a look into the world we live in. Completely casual and relaxed and everything for a reasonable price: aperitif, amuse gueule from the kitchen, 3-course menu, the matching wine, mineral water and finally espresso & co. All inclusive, of course. So we should get to know each other. At the " TWENU", the somewhat different meal.
Genuss-Akademie
Training and supporting young talent is a central priority for the Jeunes Restaurateurs. A strong and comprehensive education is the solid foundation on which our vision of gastronomy is built. Even the greatest talents need support and guidance to find their path into top-level gastronomy. We founded the JRE Genuss-Akademie in Bad Überkingen to put this commitment into practice.

From the kitchen to the dining room, our entire team is delighted about the Jeunes Restaurateurs (JRE) being recognized as an exemplary employer. In this category, DER FEINSCHMECKER magazine honored JRE Germany as part of the 2022 Gastro Awards. The jury particularly highlighted our association’s commitment to supporting young talent. With the Genuss-Akademie, the Jeunes Restaurateurs offer a high-level additional qualification and targeted opportunities for further training, including pathways for globally minded careers.
